My approach to therapy is eclectic, utilizing what will work for a particular individual in a particular situation. There is no "one size fits all" in good therapy! I do, however, tend to be active in my sessions.

You'll learn techniques to monitor your internal self-talk, to set appropriate boundaries, and to relate more effectively with others.
