I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor offering sessions to individuals for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma. As a Navy veteran, I also have a passion to work with military connected individuals. I work with tweens, adolescents, and adults.
We are all different and have unique life experiences. It is important to provide individualized and integrative treatment. My goal is to build rapport and trust with each client, to assist them with identifying goals and potential solutions to issues that are causing difficulty or uncertainty. I offer a space that is safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental.
I am committed to providing individualized treatment for each client, using evidence-based interventions and approaches. My goal as a therapist is to help erase the stigma attached to mental health while providing an affirming, inclusive, and safe space for processing and healing.
