Hi! My name is Ginneene, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA with AIBDT Psychological Services. I provide counseling to children, teens, and adults and specialize in treating depression, anxiety , trauma, Autism, ADHD, addiction/substance abuse issues, relationship/ marital issues, and self esteem issues. I also can do couples counseling. I help clients to feel welcome, understood, and heard! I use a client centered approach, and specialized techniques, which are tailored to fit clients needs. I help clients to learn tools, in order to move through any particular struggle in life!
I utilize approaches stemming Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Approaches, Solution Focused therapy, as well as, Trauma Focused Therapy, to safely navigate through traumatic experiences, while integrating Psychodynamic approaches that help uncover subconscious defenses.
If you would like a safe place to share your struggles in a welcoming, and non-judgmental environment, while working towards achieving therapeutic goals, I would be happy to help!
