Sometimes the human experience, known as life, presents us with challenges that we do not feel prepared to handle. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in a myriad of settings including a public mental health clinic, university campus, military installations, as well as private practice. In my 20 years of experience, I have learned that people are more alike than they are different, in that, we just want to experience happiness more fully.
I use a holistic and comprehensive treatment approach to help clients cope with their own unique challenges so that they can experience a more fulfilled life. I work with each client in identifying and developing strengths and resources that will help them to successfully achieve their personal goals.
