Tired of years of therapy and no true, lasting healing? I work with individuals that have tried many forms of therapy, but still feel the deep pain of feeling alone, stuck, in a toxic relationship again, frequently being triggered, and haunted by their past. I specialize in working with adults who experienced childhood sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, and trauma. Childhood trauma doesn't have to continue to have its grip on you, and take away your happiness! True healing is possible with EMDR. Over the 30 years that I have been in this field, I have seen hundreds of clients get their life, joy and happiness back.
I am a certified EMDR therapist, consultant and trainer, that provides fast healing by harnessing the power of your brain with EMDR. If you are motivated and tired of the same old patterns, and want to break free from your past, EMDR may be right for you. I offer EMDR Intensives as well as a limited amount of individual sessions.
I have convenient locations in Columbia and Brentwood, for those needing an enhanced level of privacy and discretion, therapy can be provided online, or by phone.
