Meanwhile, you’re trying to pin down who you are, and who you want to be. Sometimes you look around and think the world just isn’t built for you, or else living in it wouldn’t be so hard to do. But you know what? You matter. Your identity, your quirks, your needs, and your dreams are all worth exploring. Therapy can help you create a safe space, where you can find water to put out the flames.
I specialize in trauma treatment, which means I bring my knowledge of therapy methods while collaborating with you, the real expert on your life. I focus on helping you find safety and stability, using a gentle blend of techniques from EMDR, breath work, mindfulness, and more. If and when you are ready - and only then - I can also bear witness to your story.
