Many of us develop patterns of behavior and explanatory narratives in response to life's demands. Over time, this form of adaptation can lead to a false sense of self. Sooner or later, though often around midlife, our typical ways of coping and sublimation no longer work, and we are called to reconnect with our true selves. Therapy can support this process of uncovering and freeing ourselves from maladaptive patterns.
I work alongside individuals and couples to support them in achieving their goals. I am particularly attuned to challenges that arise from avoidance, stress, anxiety, depression, unresolved conflict, and relationship issues. I can offer many approaches including psychospirituality, mindfulness practices and parts work.
My experience includes working with adults of all ages struggling with major life transitions such as illness, becoming a new parent, caregiver fatigue, and processing grief and loss. By connecting through compassion and curiosity, I aim to cultivate a therapeutic partnership that feels safe, non-judgemental, and supportive allowing space for growth.
