Although therapy can be difficult, I believe that building a trusting relationship between therapist and client is key in making it successful and fostering change.
I enjoy helping people work through relationship issues and navigate life transitions. I work with various age groups and enjoy working with a large age range from young adults and college students to older adults. I have also worked with couples, children, families and teens.
