I offer a blend of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These therapies are commonly used to treat anxiety, depression, and trauma- related issues. As an optional service, I offer Christian counseling for those interested.
