I am a NJ State Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience working with adults and adolescents. I am here to help you identify those areas of your life that require change. If you are suffering with clinical concerns, such as anxiety, panic attacks, frequent mood changes, depression; or you are stuck in obsessive thinking, complicated grief, or traumatic experiences that are affecting the present, I can assist you in working to overcome them.
