As a psychotherapist I am passionate about supporting clients in a safe and non-judgmental space. I am a whole person-focused, trauma informed clinician who believes everyone has the power within themselves to heal. As a strength-based clinician I choose not to focus on what isn’t working while reducing a person to a diagnosis. I honor and respect that everyone I work with has a personal story and unique life experiences that have resulted in both struggle and strength. Therapy may provide the space for each individual to cultivate true life satisfaction.
I often utilize several modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Poly Vagal Theory. I maintain a private practice in Phoenix where I work with adults, adolescents, and families. I have completed advanced training ketamine assisted psychotherapy and taught graduate courses at ASU.
