I love to see people find healing by taking captive their self defeating thoughts and making changes in their behavior. I know the most important thing I can do as a therapist is build a trusting relationship with the people who come into my office.
I have extensive experience in working with people with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relational difficulties. My educational background is helpful with school issues with children. I am a facilitator for Prepare/Enrich, a pre-marital and marriage counseling assessment and counseling program.
