I have been practicing for 25 years now working in various mental health settings as well as with a Christian perspective. When looking back over all of those years, I really have witnessed the result of change and trauma in people's lives and have also had the pleasure of seeing the healing that can occur.
These changes can lead to depression, anxiety and panic attacks as well as PTSD. I want to be here for you to work on any change or trauma that you are currently facing or perhaps a change/trauma from the past that is continuing to have a negative impact in your life.
