My areas of passion include PTSD, abuse, anxiety, depression, betrayal, divorce recovery, gender identity, racial injustice, and spiritual trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy, an approach which targets maladaptive memory storage caused by trauma. EMDR helps reprocess these memory networks, resulting in symptom relief, stabilization, and deep healing.
