I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges related to anxiety disorders and depression, as well as stress management, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and trauma. Their needs revolve around finding effective coping strategies, improving overall well-being, and developing resilience. Their goals may include reducing anxiety symptoms, alleviating depression, enhancing self-esteem, managing stress more effectively, navigating life transitions with greater ease, and healing from past traumas.
My specialty is cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches, I offer a range of effective interventions and techniques to help individuals overcome their challenges and enhance their well-being. My goal is to empower clients with the tools/insights necessary to make positive changes, improve their mental health, and lead fulfilling lives.
Witnessing the immense impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals and their loved ones inspired me to pursue a path where I could make a meaningful difference in their lives.
