I'm happy to see you here! I have experience working with individuals of all ages, and particularly enjoy working through a family systems lens. My early work was in community mental health, providing therapy in individuals' homes, schools, and other treatment facilities. I have spent time working with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, generational trauma, and identity issues.
In therapy, I will pull from a variety of modalities, including CBT, MI, ESFT, and S.A.F.E. EMDR. I am familiar with several DBT skills, though I am not DBT trained. Throughout treatment, I hope to guide each person toward their self-directed goals while increasing community support to create an overall more joyful, stable, and sustainable life!
