I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with relationships, challenging family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and self-confidence issues. I also work with clients who would like to improve their social skills, and emotional IQ, including those who with high-functioning autism (or what was previously called Asperger's). I am currently accepting new telehealth clients through the Headway platform.
My therapy approach incorporates my values of authenticity, humor, compassion, and justice. I utilize modalities that are a best fit for each client and their individual needs and my goal is to help clients feel comfortable and safe. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a two-way street, and I invite clients to give me feedback about sessions.
Therapy is hard work, but worth it. Clients ask me if I have gone to therapy myself, and the answer is “yes, absolutely!”.
