I enjoy working with individuals from 10 to 60 who are working through life transitions, grief, pregnancy/infant loss, perinatal mood disorders/postpartum and would like to improve their current life situation, emotional awareness, and coping skills. They are in need of an empathetic and supportive therapist who has lived experience with trials and triumpth throughout a lifespan. They are aware that even if they do not know what is going on, they do know they would like to improve their life.

I offer evening and weekend appointments through telehealth.

I enjoy empowering individuals to own the strength within themselves. I enjoy watching people grow, overcome, and transition into new chapters of their life. My life has included trials and tragedy.
