I have experience working in trauma hospital acute care and emergency department settings.
I specialize in providing therapy for medical workers, EMS, and fire, along with clients and their caregivers who have been impacted by medical issues. I offer clients both psychodynamic and behavioral approaches in order to address issues including depression, anxiety, concerns with substance use, caregiver fatigue, coping with illness, grief, and trauma.
I often utilize emotional support, increasing coping skills, and gentle guidance through interventions such as CBT, DBT Skills, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. My personality is down-to-earth, and in my personal life I enjoy punk shows, cemeteries, and international travel. I look forward to tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs.
