With my experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I have helped people navigate through various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, marital conflict, infidelity, separation and divorce, family strain, parenting, and significant life changes.
In therapy, I integrate the following evidence-based therapies: EFT, CBT, SFBT, Family Systems, and Structural Family Therapy. With an MDiv in Clinical Counseling, I can seamlessly integrate Christian counseling with psychotherapy, fostering holistic healing and spiritual growth for clients looking to incorporate their faith into their healing journey.
