My goals for my clients in therapy are to help them to develop a kind mind to enable them to achieve successes in the areas of Eating Disorder, Body Image, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Injury, Life Transitions, and Crisis Management. Together we build hope, health, and healing through cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness training, coaching, and self-esteem building. The focus is on the integration of the mind and body connection to create wholeness and wellness.
I offer individual, weekly therapy sessions and customized treatment plans for improved wellness. I also offer Body Image Photography, a personalized and highly unique approach to treating Eating Disorders, Body Dysmorphia, and Body Image issues.
I believe that developing a kind mind is how we create the clarity and vision for the step of life that we are on. I believe a kind mind is the result of healthy eating and movement, good self-care, a spiritual viewpoint, and allowing others to help when you need it.
