I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, inpatient facilities, and non-profit social service agencies.
I use a client-centered approach incorporating creative interventions and evidence-based strategies such as art therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
