My extensive experience includes helping adults and couples work through difficulties such as depression, anxiety, parenting issues, divorce, and life transitions. These struggles can often leave us feeling isolated. Together we will explore how thoughts and perceptions impact our feelings and behaviors, and begin the journey towards fulfillment.
