We are not accepting new clients at this time. We are a small group of clinicians with experience supporting adults, adolescents, and children struggling with various mental health difficulties, families struggling with parenting and difficult relationships, and survivors of trauma. We assist clients to process the emotional highs and lows of their experiences, to build coping, self care, and problem solving skills, and to improve their relationships. We use a person-centered approach to help clients feel self-empowered and build happier, more fulfilling lives.
We draw from various counseling methods, including Internal Family Systems therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Parent Management Training, Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) framework, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), and Think Kids' Collaborative Problem Solving approach for "challenging kids."
