I work with kids, teens, adults, couples, & groups with a wide range of issues. These include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief, identity issues, relationship issues, mood disorders, & chronic medical conditions. I also run various therapy groups! Therapy can be a safe, unbiased & supportive place to gain insight, process emotions, & to learn practical skills to handle life's challenges.
My therapeutic style is integrative & I strive to tailor my approach to meet the needs & styles of my clients. My approach is a variety of; humanistic, person centered, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing & solution focused. I offer sessions in English or Hebrew.

All Womens Self Esteem Process Support Therapy Group via Zoom. 6 total spots available. 6 week group sessions. $45 per group meeting. Virtual. We will explore the origin of self esteem, how it impacts your life and relationships and ways to increase our self esteem. Please join me for a non structured process support group where clients lead the group by sharing various struggles in their day to day lives. discussions and exploration of various topics are facilitated. This is a coed group that is empowering group and full of support. Topic themes often include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships, self esteem/self worth. the power of our thoughts and self talk and boundaries.
