My name is Gigi Jones, and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I work with adults who may be dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional pain, relationship issues, substance use, or life challenges. Also, offer Christian Counseling. Counseling offers a safe space to be yourself, talk about your concerns, gain new insights, practice coping skills, problem-solve, and work toward accomplishing your goals. I engage in a combination of therapeutic approaches, such as person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused brief counseling.

My counseling style is warm and engaging. Clients feel heard and supported. Clients are tasked to complete a Goals worksheet. Clients will learn how to create SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely). Counselor will assist with formulating small action steps toward larger goal. Counselor will check in on progress.
