I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings, allowing me to effectively support individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem and change of life issues. Through a compassionate and integrative approach, I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe space for healing and personal growth. I am particularly passionate about working with people of all ages who are seeking help to manage anxiety and stress, OCD, panic, intrusive & negative thought patterns.
To ensure we are working toward long-term results, I provide therapy using evidence-based practices. This often includes Exposure Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy when addressing various anxiety disorders, self-esteem, depression and trauma.
Therapy is a huge investment and I am committed to helping my clients see significant and observable changes they're hoping for. I truly believe the hardest part of therapy is reaching out.
