I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and at heart, a Healer. I believe healing involves the Mind, Body, and Spirit and that through this connection, we can let go of painful Trauma and Limiting/False beliefs that hold us back. I work with Individuals and Couples to help bring clarity where they may be confusion. I use EMDR and Somatic Experiencing to help people work with Trauma and to develop and strengthen their sense of self. When we come from this place of self-awareness, we can have truly satisfying relationships with others because we have healed the wounds within.
