As a counselor who uses a life coaching approach, I look forward to supporting individuals who want to see results, be inspired to go further distances and reclaim their internal joy.
I specialize in working with women, single parents as well as adults who may be questioning the direction of their current life or career paths. It is in our authentic work together, that fears of the unknown may be addressed and new levels of mastery attained.
My biggest joy comes from helping others. I have a knack for putting people at ease and I listen intently and fully. I am excited to offer the option to conduct our sessions not only in the office but outdoors on one of Portland, Oregon's hiking trails.
