I want to provide you with high quality counseling services where we will work together to build upon your strengths in order to meet your goals. I work from a trauma-informed care lens and believe in the mind-body connection so I offer Walk/Talk therapy sessions to those clients who want a more active approach. I am a certified EMDR therapist and I believe this therapy can be life changing, particularly for those who have suffered trauma.
I work with pre-teen/teens (ages 12+) and adults. From managing stress to more complex issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma; I am here to help you. I use a variety of techniques in order to individualize my counseling services to your individual needs and preferences.
