I help clients with trauma get unstuck. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and include techniques to help calibrate your natural nervous system response to perceived threat. I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals and Bader's Developmental Model for couples.
My therapy style is integrative, creative, and restorative. I am also interested in cross-cultural and generational issues. You are not alone. You are worthy of the time and energy it takes to embrace life with renewed hope and peace.
