Many clients I work with have experienced significant trauma. They seek counseling because they battle with the anxiety, depression, addiction, or PTSD that so commonly follows those events. I am very passionate about supporting my clients in establishing genuine identity and relationship stability. The counseling process can help you develop the emotional and cognitive “muscles” you need to experience freedom and confidence in YOUR world.
I use various approaches for counseling which include Trauma Focused Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Marriage Therapy. When requested by clients, I will incorporate faith into our counseling experience.
