Gerardo is a therapist working for over 15 years, internationally (in Mexico) and in the USA with adults. People and colleagues tend to describe him as open, calming, empathic, and a fearless advocate of my clients. He works collaboratively with everyone integrating the most beneficial approaches to their unique situation. Gerardo’s goal in therapy is to promote healing and create meaningful and lasting changes. He attended Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City earning a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Child/Educational Psychology and received a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University (NH campus) in 2003.
Therapy sessions will give you the tools to improve your quality of life, expand strategies to cope with challenges, improve self-regulation, encourage change, and help you start to make healthy decisions in the here and now.
