The goals of this group will be to maintain a positive outlook with life’s situation. We will reflect on various challenges and triumphs each week. We will also strategize how to deal with those issues. The idea is to have a comfortable relaxed space to talk. It's important to make sure everyone talks and feels safe. The goal of the group will be a space for participants to open up and not feel intimidated to speak their minds and discuss various issues.
