As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience providing mental health care I am passionate about helping people find ways to cope with their mental health issues, including; situational anxiety, depression, extreme stress, burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder, and people in recovery. I also have experience working with people going through difficult life transitions or who are coping with health conditions.
During our first visit we will complete an intake and assessment. You may also complete pre-assessments to help measure the level of depression, anxiety and life stressors you're currently facing. Once we develop a treatment plan, we will work on your goals and track your progress over time.
