I am a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Marriage and Family Therapist. Also, a Perinatal (Pregnancy & Post Partum) Mental Health Specialist. I have 14 + years working with adults, teens and parents dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, work/life stress, adjusting to life transitions, etc.

I use a collaborative approach, which means that together, we create a treatment plan that best fits your needs. I use mainly a cognitive-behavioral approach while also using solution-focused, mindfulness based and family therapy interventions.
