I provide psychotherapy and counseling to treat a range of emotional and behavioral issues for adults, couples and families. You may be seeking help with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, trauma, PTSD, relationship and marital problems, and life transitions. I do my best to understand your presenting issues and concerns. By providing support, guidance and understanding I can help you to gain insight and wisdom, and work through difficult and painful feelings and conflicts. I encourage you to self-activate, understand yourself better, change unhealthy behavior and live with a greater sense of ease and well being.
Although I work with both men and women, I have a special interest in addressing men's issues. My approach to treatment is not formulaic. I integrate various theories and treatment modes that provide the most effective means to help each individual.
I integrate my training and experience in psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, family systems theories and other modalities including mindfulness meditation and mindful awareness . My purpose is to provide understanding, insight, guidance and support to help you work through your problems and conflicts and enhance your emotional well-being and personal growth.
