As your therapist it is my goal to support you and push you to be mentally healthy. I provide a safe therapeutic environment so you can better grow as an individual. I specialize in working with young adults, adolescents and families that have experienced trauma. We will utilize a solution focused approach to make change. My experience is in working with many different modalities including (but not limited to) cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). I believe in meeting you where you are, so that you can have success in your therapeutic journey.
I strive to create a comfortable and cohesive environment and look forward to working with you to create a space that is warm and productive. My approach includes care and support and is always free of judgment.
