I’ve been a licensed therapist for 25 years, and I specialize in couples counseling, stress and anxiety, men’s issues, and helping people who are just struggling with a general sense of dissatisfaction with life. I also specialize in working with partners of narcissists and adults who were impacted by having a narcissistic parent.

My primary speciality is working with clients who have endured Narcissistic Abuse in a relationship, parents, & adult children. Embarking on the therapy journey can be overwhelming, yet hopeful when ready to invest in yourself. I will work with you collaboratively to assist in the exploration of ways to remove uncomfortable symptoms, alleviate emotional pain, increase self awareness and promote personal growth for positive change with use of trauma therapy. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, Narcissistic Abuse, divorce and coparenting with a narcissist.

I whole-heartedly believe that the answers we are looking for are deep within. I believe we sometimes struggle to figure things out/follow through with our decision to change due to both internal/external barriers. My role as a therapist is to support others by listening and helping them problem-solve in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner. We will work collaboratively to identify/utilize effective skills to break through the barriers in order to bring about lasting change. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced narcissistic abuse. As an adult child of a narcissist myself, I know all too well how difficult it is to get help and to heal. Narcissism isn't necessarily overt abuse, especially for children, and it is often hard to figure out why you feel depressed, anxious, struggle with perfectionism, or keep finding yourself in codependent relationships as adults. Narcissistic abuse is trauma and it can keep you in survival mode for a very long time. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and healing from toxic narcissistic relationships. After being married to a narcissist for 30 years, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Trauma and Neglect Survivors - I specialize in working with survivors of childhood, generational, and neurodiverse trauma - specifically adult children of narcissistic, emotionally immature and mentally unstable parents. Through understanding, compassion, playfulness, and sharing information, I will walk with you on your healing journey. Developmental trauma is sometimes hard to see, because for those who grew up in it, it was just normal.
