I can teach you skills to manage relationships more effectively so they don't contribute to depression and anxiety. When depression and anxiety do set in, I've learned Mindfulness and CBT practices that can reduce those effects which I look forward to teaching you.

I am a first generation immigrant, marriage and family therapist trained to work with individuals, couples and families. I have a special interest in working with clients navigating intersecting identities, such as how their immigrant values and western culture interact.
