I help my clients heal their relationships starting with the one with themselves. I help clients either heal from a past traumatic relationship, improve a current one or prepare themselves for a new one. My clients often want to learn how to resolve conflicts, advocate for their needs and set boundaries. Sometimes my clients identify as people pleasers and want to learn how to listen to their own needs. I help guide my clients on their healing from the inside out.

Feelings such as grief and loss, frustration and hopelessness can complicate all aspects of one's life. Navigating these specific challenges is overwhelming and answers can be hard to find. You do not have to suffer in silence. You are not alone. You can get through this with help. I have specialized training in maternal mental health, however this is not all that I do. I also work with clients who have a variety of challenges which includes depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more. You want to feel like yourself again, you want to establish some balance and routine in your life.

I believe that each person is unique and therefore requires an individualized approach to therapy. From day one, you will feel involved in your therapy and feel confident that we are working towards your goals. You will feel seen and heard. My goal is to get you to a place where you can experience all of your emotions in a safe and healthy way. My work is my passion. My 30 plus years as a therapist has given me expertise in many areas. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Hello! I have a PhD in clinical social work and I am also a licensed clinical social worker in the state Florida. I will be offering services in Georgia in the upcoming months. I provide services to adults and emerging adults through individual and group counseling. I also have extensive experience working with an array of issues and addresses issues through both a mind and body approach. My specialty areas is Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and OCD. I have been trained in EMDR, ART, PE, CPT, WET and ERP. My passion is helping others find themselves through various treatment modalities.
