I'm here to make therapy feel real, approachable, and collaborative. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, with no judgment and a lot of respect for your story. I keep things straightforward and down-to-earth, and I value honesty and humor just as much as insight and growth. In our work together, I'll encourage you to dig deep and get curious, but I'm also here to support and celebrate the small wins along the way. Therapy is a partnership, and my role is to help you find the tools.

I work with a wide range of clients and a variety of presenting issues, and I am particularly drawn to creatives struggling with anxiety and depression. I practice with a feminist focus, striving for equality, advocacy, and equity between all clients and their relationships. My previous experience as an art teacher and artist grants me a deep love for the arts as a tool for healing, which I often use in my practice. I also enjoy working as an ally and advocate for equitable treatment for those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clients include adult (18+ yrs.) individuals and couples.

I embrace that therapy is not intended to be a life story, but rather a planned and timely experience for growth which allows my clients to gain skills that will help them succeed far after moving on from therapy.
