I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, safe and collaborative working environment. As an experienced clinician helping clients with anxiety and depression, I utilize frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Therapy to draw upon resources, strengths, and skills that you already possess. I work to meet people where they are at with compassion, warmth, and curiosity.
I enjoy working with people from a variety of different backgrounds and focus on providing socially and culturally competent care.
