You will be empowered to know yourself in a greater way so that you manage anxiety, depression, family relationship issues, and work conflicts. I can assist persons going through divorce, separation, job changes, grief, pet loss, trauma, blended family issues, and chronic/acute illness.
I will help you feel comfortable and accepted so that you can begin to feel your feelings, acknowledge changes you want to make, and patiently help you move forward. I use talk therapy, family systems theory, and CBT to help you identify your challenges while also helping you choose your solutions.
My goal is to help you achieve your personal goals. I will work to help you grow your strengths and to work on your challenges. My goal is to help each person have greater peace, strong family and work relationships, and courage that creates a happy and successful life.
