Not accepting new clients
Let's Connect (860) 591-8216
Regrettably, at this time I am NOT accepting new patients. I work with adults experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges due to aspects of your history, relationships and long held assumptions, stories, beliefs and behavior. Perhaps at times your patterns of thinking, feeling and doing appear to lead to the same result. I can help you clarify, manage and treat problems of mood, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, traumatic experiences, substance use and self-defeating behavior and, in turn, try to help you to begin to discover new meaning, peace and contentment in your life, work and relationships.
I have 25 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, working in schools, clinics, hospitals and private practice. I also have my own lived experience and strongly believe that connection in the healing relationship is the best way to help others learn to relate to life's difficulties and to help ease the suffering that is a part of all our lives.
I am a human, like you, and believe that my interest, attention and empathy help me to make a stronger connection with you. Chances are, I may have had similar life experiences and this commonality forges a relational confidence. In our work together, you will have my full attention, interest and concern for your health, well being and happiness.
