I have worked with a wide variety of adolescent and adult aged people, utilizing a strength based approach to meet a variety of different goals.
I am a licensed counselor with experience helping others manage depression, anxiety, and stressful life changes. I also have an athletic background that has allowed me to help high school and college level athletes improve athletic performance through enhanced thinking, visualization techniques, and other useful strategies.
One of the most important things to me throughout the therapeutic process is creating a judgement free atmosphere to make all as comfortable as possible. I understand how nerve racking the start of therapy can be and hope that the relaxing environment I try to create relieves some of that anxiety.
