I am a licensed clinical psychologist who primarily works with adolescents and adults. I utilize an empathic and structured approach to help individuals set and achieve goals, reduce negative symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. Through individual or group therapy, I can help you or your child better understand challenges and provide lasting skills that equip you to overcome and address those challenges in the future.
I offer a safe and comfortable space with the freedom to discuss thoughts, feelings and concerns openly and honestly. I also offer a variety of evidence-based treatments and work collaboratively with my clients to adopt the best treatment approach for them.
