You’ll find that I am the kind of therapist that will combine excellent clinical skills, a good sense of humor, personality, and even a bit of fun into my work with you. I have years of experience working with queer/LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples who are monogamous, poly, and open, people who have suffered from trauma, and people struggling with addiction. If you are wanting to finally move through this hard time, or find a way to heal from a your past, you've come to the right place!
In our work together, I will help you to identify any barriers to moving forward in your life. My approach is grounded in cognitive- and dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems, narrative therapy, and humanistic counseling. I offer a safe, judgment free, comfortable environment to work through the hard stuff in.
