May 2024: I am currently accepting new clients! We all need connection. But sometimes making and maintaining connections is hard. When we’re dealing with difficult situations or trying to protect ourselves from pain, we can get distracted, distant, or shut down; in other words, disconnected. Whatever brought you here today, I invite you to consider whether feeling more connected - with your inner experiences, the important people in your life, or the activities you’re engaged in - could help.
From a place of compassion and gentle curiosity, I work with folks to address anxiety, depression, body and food concerns, health and medical issues, sexuality, and gender. My practice is emotionally- and relationally-focused. I am guided by values of liberation justice (which includes being size inclusive and weight neutral) and self-compassion.
We’re meant to have support when we’re dealing with hard things, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to ask for help. If you think we’d work well together, I hope you’ll contact me. Note: I identify as a fat, queer, cis white woman.
