If you are looking for a safe , nurturing , and welcoming setting to work on your self , family and or relationship issues you found it. I help clients with emotional pain or help them heal from family of origin issues . I treat trauma and addictions. I help people understand how and why their life has been unmanageable or how the same patterns of thinking, perceiving and or interacting with others is hurting them and or keeping them stuck. It is not easy to find a therapist or the right one and I do not know if I am however this process is part of that journey. So Lets give a try and reach out for a free consultation.
I have over 26 years working in the field of mental health and addiction. I am an EMDR therapist as well but utilize different modalities depending on what you bring in to the office and what you want to work on that helps me guide the direction to take in your healing work. I borrow from Gestalt and psychodynamic theories but not exclusively.
